GOod teachers have to possess four qualities :
1. ความรู้เก่งกล้าวิชาการ
Be knowledgeable.
2. ช้านาญการปกครองต้องใจคน
Be skillful in one’s discipline.
3. เชียวชาญงานอบรม และสอนศิษย์ รู้จักคิดใช้ปญญาให้ได้ผล
Be skilled in training and teaching students
to think critically.
4. มารยาทดีงาม และอดทน ใครได้ยลชื่นชมนิยมเอย
Be well-behaved, patient and admirable in one’s personal conduct.
